<p>Abstract The invention concerns a sanitary outlet fitting (2) with a fluid guide (3) that opens into a fitting discharge (4), in the region of which a sanitary functional unit (5), constructed as an insertion cartridge, is provided. For the outlet fitting according to the invention it is characteristic that the inner cross-section of the fluid guide (3) is adapted to suit the insertion cartridge (5) at least in the region of the outlet aperture of the fitting discharge (4), and that the insertion cartridge (5) can be inserted into the fitting discharge (4) from the side of the outlet aperture and held detachably in it. The sanitary outlet fitting (2) according to the invention can be used with a flow regulator or another sanitary functional unit (5) without essentially limiting the design possibilities.
