<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic polishing and/or cleaning device of a solar cell panel which can automatically polish/clean the surface of a solar cell panel tracking the sunlight without requiring any power in a sunlight tracking type power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic polishing and/or cleaning device of a solar cell panel comprises a support member for the solar cell panel, a solar cell panel holding frame which fixes the solar cell panel rotatably, a groove provided in the solar cell panel holding frame, a roll brush or a channel brush which polishes/cleans the surface of the solar cell panel, and a substantially U-shaped holding member which fixes the roll brush or channel brush.
