PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin plate with a protective film or a film, by which the lamination defect of the protective film, the breaking of the resin plate, and the like are not caused in a lamination process of the protective film.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the resin plate or the film with the protective film includes: a step of obtaining the rein plate 6 or the film by melting and kneading a thermoplastic resin by extruders 1, 2 for extrusion-molding from a die 3 and cooing with at least three cooling rolls; and a step of laminating the protective film 7 to at least one surface of the resin plate 6 or the film by supplying the resin plate 6 or the film to between a pair of the protective film lamination rolls 81.
