<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition which makes it possible to obtain a cured article having high-temperature heat resistance, flexibility, transparency, thermal yellowing resistance, photo-yellowing resistance, and other physical properties, a sealant containing the same, and a cured article of the curable resin composition and sealant. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition is characterized in comprising a ladder silsesquioxane (A), a fluorine-containing compound (B), and a hydrosilylation catalyst (C). Preferably, the fluorine-containing compound (B) is a compound represented by formula (B1) [in which R<SP POS="POST">f</SP>is a fluorinated hydrocarbon group having a valence of n, n being an integer 1 or greater].
