<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an illumination device. <P>SOLUTION: Rectangular prisms 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d and 11e are rotated with an axis parallel to the normal direction Z of a first base part 2 as a rotary axis. Thus, when an emission surface 13 is turned to the opposite of a player side, light emitted from the rectangular prisms 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d and 11e is not directly applied to the player side. Whereas, when the emission surface 13 is turned to the player side, the light emitted from the rectangular prisms 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d and 11e is directly applied to the player side. Thus, the performance of the light is executed by a configuration in which the loading of a turning mechanism of a reflection member 18 is omitted.
