<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule determination apparatus determining an inspection schedule so as to allow the minimum number of equipment to be always secured to perform a certain process. <P>SOLUTION: A schedule determination apparatus comprises a period calculation section 15. The period calculation section 15 determines an inspection starting time and an inspection finishing time for equipment to be inspected, and when there is an excessive inspection period, that is, a period when the sum of the usable equipment is small in a period from the inspection starting time to the inspection finishing time, the apparatus changes the inspection starting time and the inspection finishing time for the equipment having the earliest inspection deadline to a period when the sum of the equipment is less than an inspection upper limit number, and performs the same processing for a period from the changed inspection starting time to the changed inspection finishing time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
