<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas denitrizer and a method for controlling operation of the same, reducing an influence on an apparatus such as a heat exchanger positioned on the downstream side of a denitration catalyst by reducing remaining ammonia flowing on the downstream side of the denitration catalyst in a stage of shifting the operation status of a combustor to a high-load operation status. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas denitrizer includes: a denitration reactor 2 having the denitration catalyst 2a arranged in an exhaust gas system 1; an ammonia injection section 3 injecting ammonia into exhaust gas G from a boiler B on the upstream side of the denitration reactor 2; an ECO bypass 5 bypassing a boiler economizer 4 positioned on the upstream side of the ammonia injection section 3; a damper 6 performing communication/blocking of the ECO bypass 5; and a controller 7 controlling the communication/blocking of the ECO bypass 5 performed by the damper 6. Before the boiler B is shifted to the high-load operation status, the controller 7 controls so that branched exhaust gas G1 from the boiler B is led to flow in a shortcut manner into the exhaust gas system 1 through the ECO bypass 5 bypassing the boiler economizer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
