<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush related to a channel brush sandwiched between channel members or an implanted brush implanted in a deck. <P>SOLUTION: The brush includes a plurality of strip-shaped sandpapers and a plurality of brush bristles. The brush is manufactured by holding the strip-shaped sandpapers and the brush bristles in the channel member. An implanted brush is manufactured by providing grooves on a deck, inserting the strip-shaped sandpapers and the brush bristles between the grooves, and fixing them to the deck by an adhesive or the like. The plurality of strip-shaped sandpapers are respectively configured such that abrasive grains are adhered to one surface of a sheet-like member and the abrasive-grain side is arranged in a brush advancing direction. The brush bristles are configured to be shorter than the length of the strip-shaped sandpapers.
