摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel photocatalyst having further preferable photocatalyst efficiency, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The graphene/nano-titanium dioxide composite includes at least nano-titanium dioxide and graphene in a weight ratio of about 500:1 to 10000:1. The method for producing the graphene/nano-titanium dioxide composite comprises: dispersing about 500 to 10,000 pts.wt. of nano-titanium dioxide and about 1 pt.wt. of graphene in a water-ethanol (about 2:1 to 3:1 by volume) solution, and reacting the nano-titanium dioxide and graphene dispersed in the water-ethanol solution under a pressure of about 10 to 15 MPa and at a temperature of about 100 to 200&deg;C, thereby producing the graphene/nano-titanium dioxide composite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
