<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house system which can surely delete personal information stored in a dwelling unit terminal when a resident leaves the apartment house. <P>SOLUTION: In an apartment house system, a management device 2 comprises: a determination part 26 which determines if a resident leaves the apartment house for each dwelling unit 11; and a processing part 27 which transmits an initialization signal to a dwelling unit terminal 3 in the dwelling unit 11 where the determination part 26 determines the resident has left. The dwelling unit terminal 3 comprises an initialization part 34 which automatically delete personal information stored in a terminal memory 32 when receiving the initialization signal from the management device 2. When an identification information unique to the resident stored in a management memory 22 corresponding to each dwelling unit 11 is deleted, a determination part 26 determines the resident has left in the dwelling unit 11 corresponding to the identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
