BATTERY MODULE AND PLATE ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module which makes easier to fit in a connector without an excessively large fitting force between terminals and the connector and offers a good reliability in electrical connection, and a plate assembly used in the battery module.

SOLUTION: A battery module 10 comprises: a plate assembly 100 including a plurality of plates 101-108 each having through-holes 152 and 153 provided therein; a plurality of slim batteries 201-208 with end parts connected to the plate assembly; a connector engagement part 150 composed of a terminal assemblage in which pin-type contact parts 141 connected with tabs of slim batteries 200 are brought together; knock pins 62 and 63; and knock pin insertion holes 52 and 53 to insert the knock pins in. The knock pin insertion holes 52 and 53 are formed by the through-holes 152 and 153 with the plates 101-108 stacked one another. The knock pins 62 and 63 inserted in the knock pin insertion holes 52 and 53 restrict the movement of the plates 101-108 in a battery plane direction.
