<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door trim including an armrest allowing an occupant to efficiently use a vehicle interior space. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle door trim includes a trim board 11 and an armrest 20 attached to a surface in the trim board 11 at the vehicle interior side. The armrest 20 is attached to the trim board 11 in a form displaceable between an accommodation position (first position) where an arm resting surface of the armrest 20 is arranged along an extending direction of the trim board 11 and a developed position (second position) where the arm resting surface is arranged along the horizontal direction. Further, the armrest 20 includes a base end 21 mounted to the trim board 11 and a distal end 31 positioned from the base end 21 to the distal end side.
