The device has a cold air duct (6) and a warm air duct (7) provided with a climate module. An air inlet side at the cold air duct and the warm air duct and an air outlet side of an air mixing unit (10) are connected together such that an energy storage device supplies an air stream of moderate temperature, where the air mixing unit is connected with an air scoop (12). The climate module comprises a controllable fan (2) and a downstream air distribution chamber. The cold air duct is connected downstream to the controllable fan via a bypass of an air distributor.
