In the present invention, a touch coordinate acquisition unit (10) acquires the coordinate position of a touched point on a touch panel. An area determination unit (30) determines whether or not the coordinate position of the touched point is within an enlargement operation area that has been set at a portion of the touch panel. A drag determination unit (20) determines wither or not the touched point was dragged. An operation mode switch unit (40) switches the touch input operation mode from a normal operation mode to an enlargement operation mode when the coordinate position of the touched point is within the enlargement operation area and the touched point was dragged. When switched to the enlargement operation mode, a touch coordinate conversion unit (50) converts the coordinates of the actual touched point within the enlargement operation area to coordinates of a virtual touched point that has the entire touch panel as the subject of touching.
