In the present invention, an outer rotor (30) configuring an induced magnetic pole array disposed between a stator and an inner rotor has: a cylindrical rotor core (40); and a first flange (31) and second flange (32) at the two ends of the rotor core (40). The rotor core (40) is configured from a stacked body that stacks integral annular electromagnetic steel sheets in the axial direction. The rotor core (40) has a plurality of connection sections (43) that each link adjacent magnetic sections (41) together. Also, a torque transmission pin (60) for transmitting torque arising at the rotor core (40) is disposed between the first flange (31) and the second flange (32). As a result, assembly characteristics are improved by simplifying the configuration of a second rotor provided with an induced magnetic pole array.
