PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to prevent a flickering phenomenon by arranging a compensation capacitor in a sampling transistor part. CONSTITUTION: A sub pixel includes a pixel driver(SPC). The pixel driver operates an organic light emitting diode(OLED). The pixel driver comprises four transistors(T1,T3,T4), a driving transistor(DR), a sampling transistor(TS), a single capacitor(Cst), and a compensation capacitor(Ch). The four transistors are operated in order to emit light using the organic light emitting diode. The driving transistor operates the organic light emitting diode. The sampling transistor is operated for sampling threshold voltage of the driving transistor. The capacitor stores a data signal. The compensation capacitor improves voltage holding properties of the sampling transistor.
