PURPOSE: A warning light display device is provided to simplify configuration by using a warning light rod self power source and prevent an accident that a person clashes with a vehicle because a person for vibrating the warning light is not needed. CONSTITUTION: A battery is included inside a warning light rod(1). The warning light rod comprises a connection terminal in outside in order to receive a power source from the battery. A plurality of legs is included at the outer side of a main body(3). A pendulum unit(4) is installed in the main body and comprises a space for accepting the warning light rod. A rotating unit is installed to the main body which can be rotated. An operation unit comprises the rotating unit and a plurality of permanent magnets. The pendulum unit comprises the connection terminal for receiving the power source from the battery.
