摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a porous structure of metal which is fit for a battery such as a lithium ion battery, a capacitor, and a current collector of a fuel battery, and excellent in heat resistance, and corrosion resistance including electrolysis resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a porous structure of metal consisting of at least nickel and tungsten comprises: a step for forming an alloy plating layer by plating, with nickel, a porous structure base subjected to a conductive treatment to form a nickel plating layer, rinsing the base so plated, and subsequently plating the base with an alloy containing at least nickel and tungsten not to dry the surface of the nickel plating layer; a step for removing the porous structure base by heating in an oxidation atmosphere; and a subsequent step for metal reduction by a heat treatment in a reduction atmosphere. In the step for removing the porous structure base, and the step for metal reduction, the tungsten in the alloy plating layer is diffused into the nickel plating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
