<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply amount adjusting membrane, a wiring circuit board, and a fuel cell that can prevent fuel from seeping on a side face and properly adjust the supply amount of fuel to a battery element. <P>SOLUTION: A base insulation layer 2 of an FPC board is used as a fuel supply amount adjusting membrane for a fuel cell. The base insulation layer 2 of the FPC board comprises a plurality of anisotropic through holes h. The anisotropic through hole h comprises openings h1 on one surface of the base insulation layer 2 as well as on the other surface. The opening h1 on the one surface of the base insulation layer 2 and the opening h1 on the other surface communicate with each other through a single communicating path h2 without any branch. The communicating path h2 has a form in which a long axis and a short axis orthogonally crossing the long axis can be determined, with the long axis extending in such a direction as crossing the one surface and the other surface of the base insulation layer 2 at a predetermined angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
