<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a transfer failure. <P>SOLUTION: A FIFO memory 41 stores data according to a write pointer WP, and outputs the data according to a read pointer RP. A FIFO control part 44 monitors the free capacity of the FIFO memory 41 on the basis of the write pointer WP and the read pointer RP, and when the free capacity becomes larger than a data amount outputted from a memory 13 by burst transfer, outputs a read request RQ in order to read the data from the memory 13. An error processing part 45 monitors the write pointer WP and the read pointer RP, and in response to the occurrence of an error that the write pointer WP precedes the read pointer RP, outputs a control signal WC (addition value WA) for controlling the write pointer WP to the FIFO control part 44.
