PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid contact plate, a gas-liquid contact laminating block, a gas-liquid contact laminated structure, and gas cleaning apparatus, having a simple constitution and good wettability even for operation over a long period of time.

SOLUTION: The present invention provides a gas-liquid contact plate (10), wherein a treatment liquid (12) flows in the downward direction from the upper side of a substrate (11), a part of a gas (13) brought into contact with the treatment liquid (12) is absorbed by the treatment liquid (12), and the lower edge side of the substrate (11) has a saw teeth-shaped section (14) having downward protruding saw teeth-shaped portions at a predetermined interval pitch. Furthermore, the substrate (11) is provided with a group (20) of liquid dispersing holes at predetermined intervals at a plurality of levels. The holes are arranged in a staggered manner.
