<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote communication between users by performing uniform display of position information on a user during use and input text information, on a Web page implementing a voice call function. <P>SOLUTION: A communication support system includes: storage means for previously storing position information on a map and index data associated therewith; input means for allowing a user to input a region or location desired for communication; data retrieval means for retrieving data input through the input means or data similar to the input data from the index data stored in the storage means and reading position information previously associated with the retrieved character string; display means for performing display in association with the position information read by the data retrieval means; and a display system for displaying various information associated with the position information specified by a plurality of users on a screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
