<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a measurement system capable of recognizing the position of an AC-power-plug-and-socket even when a power supply port to which the AC-power-plug-and-socket is to be attached is switched. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement system for measuring power consumption of a power consumption apparatus to be driven by electric power supplied from a power supply port installed in a building includes: (A) the AC-power-plug-and-socket including a measurement part for measuring the power consumption of the power consumption apparatus and a transmission part for transmitting a radio wave indicating a measurement result of the measurement part, attachable/detachable to/from the power supply port and connected to the power consumption apparatus; (B) a reception part for receiving the radio wave from the transmission part at a reference position in the building; (C) a measurement part for measuring the receiving intensity of the radio wave received by the reception part at the reference position; and (D) a specification part for specifying, when a plurality of power supply ports are installed in the building, the power supply port to which the AC-power-plug-and-socket is attached among the plurality of power supply ports based on the measurement result by the measurement part and correspondence between installation positions of respective power supply ports and receiving intensity at the reference position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
