<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket vending machine installed in a prepayment type unmanned parking lot having a plurality of parking positions for easily reducing the management costs of a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket vending machine 20 includes: an operation part 70 to be operated by a user for selecting either a parking time zone only at night or a parking time zone at both night and daytime; and a printer 40 for, when a parking fee whose sum corresponds to the type of the parking time zone selected by the user is paid by the user to the ticket vending machine, printing the entry date and time when the user has entered his or her own vehicle to the parking lot, the type of the parking time zone selected by the user and the sum of the parking fee paid by the user to the ticket vending machine on a parking ticket, and for issuing the printed parking ticket to the user.
