<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming device capable of easily changing a size of a picture to a regulation size through a pinch-out or pinch-in operation. <P>SOLUTION: An image-forming device changes an enlargement or reduction ratio (size changing ratio) of an image according to a pinch-out or pinch-in operation, and when the size changing ratio reaches a size changing ratio to change a size of the image to a recording paper's standard size that is different from an original size of the image, it maintains the size changing ratio regardless of the pinch-in or pinch-out operation. Therefore, when a size changing ratio continuously keeps changing by the pinch-out or pinch-in operation, the size changing ratio reaches a size changing ratio to change a size of the image to the recording paper's standard size that is different from an original size of the image, and is maintained.
