<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan capable of removing air from oil stored in a storing part for storing the oil and preventing an oil strainer from sucking the air. <P>SOLUTION: In the oil pan including the storing part 110 arranged below an internal combustion engine and storing the oil, an oil receiving part 120 having a shallower bottom than the storing part 110 and receiving the oil having circulated and returned through the internal combustion engine and flowing the same into the storing part 110, a baffle plate 130 arranged in the storing part 110 and partitioning the storing part 110, the baffle plate 130 obstructs a flowing passage where the oil having returned to the storing part 110 reaches a site 140 where an oil strainer suction port is arranged, is arranged in a direction intersecting the bottom 111 of the storing part 110, and is formed so as to be able to flow through the oil in the lower part or a lower side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
