<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion sensing program that accurately performs motion sensing without requiring processing such as calibration, and an electronic compass with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The motion sensing program includes a procedure of finding distances between a starting measurement point and a plurality of other measurement points after the starting measurement point on output coordinates based upon outputs of a magnetic sensor of specific two axes at the starting measurement point and outputs of the sensor of the specific two axes at the other measurement points after the starting measurement point within a predetermined time when the magnetic sensor rotates to a predetermined direction within the predetermined time, and making threshold determinations on the distances to determine whether motion sensing is carried out; and a procedure of specifying the rotating direction when the motion sensing is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
