<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the recurrence of failure by rapidly and reliably providing feedback of information on the failure which occurs and countermeasures against the failure to a person in charge, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A computer performs: processing to receive failure information concerning a prescribed component of a prescribed product, which is transmitted from a prescribed terminal, and to store failure information in a storage part; processing to receive a processing request concerning a prescribed work from the terminal of a person in charge of the work, and to acquire the failure information concerning the product stored in the storage part with at least product information included in the processing request as a key; processing to search component table data of the product held in the storage part with the product information included in the processing request as a key, to collate component information included in the component table data of the product with the acquired failure information, and to identify the component as a failure component, on which the failure information is reported among the components indicated by the component information; and processing to transmit the component table data of the product to the terminal of the person in charge of the work by including a prescribed display indication concerning the failure component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
