<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the line regulation of a hysteresis-controlled switching regulator. <P>SOLUTION: An output voltage V<SB POS="POST">OUT</SB>' divided by a first resistance R1 and a second resistance R2 is input into a first polarity input terminal of a comparator 22. A driver 20 controls a switching transistor M1 and a synchronous rectification transistor M2 according to an output pulse S1 of the comparator 22. A feedback circuit 24 outputs a switching signal S2 switching between two voltage levels of an input voltage V<SB POS="POST">IN</SB>and a ground voltage V<SB POS="POST">GND</SB>to the inverting input terminal of the comparator 22 according to the output pulse S1. An error amplifier 30 amplifies an error between the divided output voltage V<SB POS="POST">OUT</SB>' and a predetermined first reference voltage V<SB POS="POST">REF1</SB>to generate a second reference voltage V<SB POS="POST">REF2</SB>, which is output to a second polarity input terminal of the comparator 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
