<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolator which suppresses the generation of resin burrs, and can attain the improvement of the workability of installing a vibration isolation leg in a resin molding die. <P>SOLUTION: Rubber burrs BR which are formed on a first molding body 100 are set to a space S side of side surfaces 53a. Therefore, when the first molding body 100 is placed in a resin molding die 400 for the resin molding process, it is unnecessary to insert a portion in which rubber burrs BR are formed into a predetermined position (sealing portion by coming into tight contact with the side surfaces 53a) of the resin molding die 400. In other words, the rubber burrs BR can be housed in a cavity C. Hence, since second wall covering rubber 53 can easily be inserted into the predetermined position of the resin molding die 400, and can attain the shortening of a working time, workability can be improved. Moreover, since the predetermined position of the resin molding die 400 is brought into tight contact with the side surfaces 53a for securing sealing property, the generation of resin burrs can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
