<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing with a jacket enclosing a housing interior space in circumferential direction, for reducing self-induced vibration of the jacket. <P>SOLUTION: At least one biasing device 14 is disposed in the housing interior space 7.
