<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolator which prevents a vibration isolation leg from being pushed by a resin material injected in a resin molding process, and to prevent the generation of resin burrs. <P>SOLUTION: Because a rubber notch 5050 is formed in a first molded body 5100, when the first molded body 5100 is placed in a resin molding die 400 in the insert molding process, the flow pressure of the resin material injected in the resin molding die 400 through an injection gate can be relieved by the rubber notch 5055 so as to suppress an outside member 5060 (first wall covering rubbers 52) from being pushed by such a resin material. Thereby, the displacement of a vibration isolation leg 50 and a sealing fault caused by the deformation of the first wall covering rubbers 52 hardly occur, thus suppressing the generation of resin burrs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
