<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in quality management of die-casting, control is performed based on data from a die-cast machine side, but information management from a die is rarely performed, thereby a defective product having voids having involved gas can not be prevented from transferring to a subsequent process, and a yield is degraded as a result. <P>SOLUTION: This sensor for measuring information in a die detects molten metal pressure in a cavity by being provided with: a rod-shaped casing mountable to an mounting hole that is drilled on the die and that opens to the cavity; a pressure transmission rod inserted in the rod-shaped casing, movable in its axis direction, and capable of making a tip surface coincide with a die cavity surface; and a pressure sensor faced, fixed and held to the rear end of the pressure transmission rod and capable of detecting the pressure of molten metal injected in the cavity. The sensor detects the temperature of molten metal in the cavity by being provided with a temperature sensor mounted to a pore formed at the center part of the pressure transmission rod, and constituted of a thermocouple having a detecting end of the pore on the side of the tip of the rod. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
