METAL COLLECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the collection efficiency of metals contained in seawater.

SOLUTION: This metal collection system is constituted with: a first system in which a hypochlorous acid solution is prepared by the electrolysis of seawater and the sterilization of a metal collection material is carried out by using the hypochlorous acid solution; and a second system in which metals contained in seawater are collected by using the metal collection material subjected to the sterilization in the first system.
