<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat ray-reflecting glass that has abrasion resistance and moisture resistance, wherein the heat ray-reflecting glass can function with durability without causing degradation or transformation in a silver heat ray-reflecting film formed on a single plate glass substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The heat ray-reflecting glass has, at least on one surface of the glass substrate, the heat ray-reflecting film having a layer mainly comprising silver.
