The device has an electronic camera (8) with a matrix detector and an arrangement for multiple reflectors. The camera and the reflectors are arranged in an interior of a rotor (2). A light source is arranged in the interior of the rotor in order to illuminate the reflectors. The reflectors are fixed in a rotor blade (4) at a distance from a hub (3) of the rotor. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring deformation of a rotor blade of a wind turbine.
