PURPOSE: An intelligent LED lighting control method for managing power for ubiquitous sensor network based lamps, an apparatus, and a system using the same are provided to automatically control a dimming level of a lighting device using an illumination sensor. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent LED lamp control system comprises an LED illumination control device(100), a gateway(200), a server(300), and a remote control computer(400). The gateway is connected to the LED illumination control device. The gateway transmits/receives predetermined data. The remote control computer is connected to the server in order to transmit/receive the predetermined data. The gateway is connected to an Ethernet network connected to the server through a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) network. The LED illumination control device is controlled by the remote control computer.
