PURPOSE: A high resolution pattern for a liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily form a micro pattern, thereby increasing pattern resolution and enhancing transfer features. CONSTITUTION: A tightly contact layer(110) is formed on a substrate. A pattern of a photosensitive resin layer is formed on the tightly contact layer. The substrate is made of one of a polymer, a glass, a film, and metal. The polymer includes PC(PolyCarbonate), PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate resin), and PMMA(PolyMethylMethAcrylate).
