PURPOSE: A contactless-type length correction apparatus of a micro bit for a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to automatically stop when a drill bit is not existed because a detection sensor senses a placing state of the drill bit. CONSTITUTION: A contactless-type length correction apparatus of a micro bit for a PCB comprises a rotary guiding and fixing cam unit(20), a discharge table(40), a length correction unit(50), an automatic sensing and operating unit(60), an installation position correcting unit(70), and a transfer link operating unit(100). The automatic sensing and operating unit detects an end part of a drill blade and an interval between the end part of the drill blade of a drill bit(1) seated in the rotary guiding and fixing cam unit and a ring is automatically controlled by the length correction unit and automatic sensing and operating unit according to a control of a control unit. The installation position correcting unit controls a position of the automatic sensing and operating unit by a micrometer so that the length of the drill bit of different sizes is corrected by one device. The drill bit discharged through the discharge table is successively arranged in the storing and guiding unit(90) through the transfer link operating unit. |
