<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a capacity by improving user throughput in a type II relay. <P>SOLUTION: A radio relay station device includes: a channel quality information control section that measures the channel quality of a mobile terminal device, calculates a channel quality degradation value that reduces due to interference received from other mobile terminal devices for the mobile terminal device, and selects a predetermined one from other mobile terminal devices; and a transmission section that transmits, to a radio base station device, the channel quality information of the mobile terminal device, information of the selected predetermined mobile terminal device and the channel quality degradation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
