<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press quenching device capable of specifying an optimal condition of press quenching by measuring dimensional behavior of a workpiece in quenching. <P>SOLUTION: The press quenching device 1 includes dimensional measurement means 10 and an operating means 20. The plurality of dimensional measurement means 10 are provided at four places facing each other in a circumferential direction of a ring-shaped workpiece W. In each dimensional measurement means 10, a probe 12, a displacement sensor 13 and an elastic means 14 are provided in a bracket 11. The probe 12 is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the workpiece W in the radial direction of the workpiece W, the displacement sensor 13 slides relative to the probe 12 in the radial direction of the workpiece W to detect expansion or contraction of the workpiece W in the radial direction, and the elastic means 14 energizes the probe 12 to the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece W so that the probe 12 follows the expansion or contraction of the workpiece W in the radial direction. The operating means 20 acquires a dimensional change over time of the workpiece W in quenching from each displacement sensor 13 to specify an optimal heat treatment condition of the workpiece W, and output the optimal heat treatment condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
