<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform attitude estimation with respect to various operations even in the case of using a monocular camera. <P>SOLUTION: A coordinate conversion part 103 is configured to convert coordinates in the image data of a plurality of site coordinate points into three-dimensional site coordinates in a person local coordinate system as a three-dimensional coordinate system which is unique to a person on the basis of geometric parameter information relating to a preliminarily held camera. An attitude estimation part 105 estimates a straight line passing through the three-dimensional site coordinates of the site coordinate point whose likelihood value becomes the maximum among the plurality of site coordinate points included in a first site area and prescribed coordinates on a predetermined plane area including the three-dimensional site coordinates of any site coordinate point other than the site coordinate point whose likelihood value becomes the maximum in the first site area among a plurality of site areas as a first bone straight line, and estimates an intersection between the first bone straight line and a second bone straight line estimated in a second site area which is adjacent to the first site area as a joint position of the person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
