<p>An endoscopic device (1) is provided with: a bendable insertion portion (10) which has an imaging mechanism on the tip portion thereof; a display unit (40) which displays images acquired by an observation means; an operating unit (20) which actuates the bending of the insertion portion; and a housing (61) which accommodates the display unit and the operating unit on the front surface side, and to the rear surface side, opposite to the front surface, of which the insertion portion is connected. The operating unit has a reciprocable first joystick (21). The first joystick is disposed on the same axis as the base end portion of the insertion portion connected to the housing. At least a part of the rear surface of the housing is configured so that the basic shape thereof forms a convex in the direction of the base end portion of the housing. The convex site is the gripping surface on which a finger of the user is located when holding the housing, and the insertion portion is connected to the housing at the gripping surface.</p> |
