<p>Provided is a cooler equipped with: a heat radiation unit wherein multiple heat radiation fins are arranged in parallel, with a cooling medium circulating in the passages (Rp) between the heat radiation fins; an inflow-side cooling medium reservoir (Ri) that communicates with one end of the passages (Rp) between the heat radiation fins via a first throttle part (Rs); and an outflow-side cooling medium reservoir (Ro) that is provided extending in the direction in which the heat radiation fins are arranged in parallel, and that communicates with the other end of the passages (Rp) between the heat radiation fins via a second throttle part (Rs). Inflow-side fins (21) are formed on the face of the inflow-side cooling medium reservoir (Ri) opposing the first throttle part (Rs), and the cross-sectional circulation area of the inflow-side cooling medium reservoir (Ri) is set smaller than the cross-sectional circulation area of the outflow-side cooling medium reservoir (Ro).</p> |
