Baking device (1) for baking pastries, comprises a kneading unit (10) containing (i) kneading trough (11) and at least one kneading paddle (12) and drive unit (13), (ii) supply unit that is designed for supplying biscuit dough by kneading unit to portioning unit, where the portioning unit comprises biscuit molding template and at least one rotating cutting blade rotary plate with a rotating plate, and (iii) baking unit that is present in the area of rotating rotary plate, preferably mounted on the rotating rotary plate, and preferably comprises controllable heating elements. Baking device (1) for baking pastries, comprises a kneading unit (10) containing (i) a kneading trough (11) and at least one kneading paddle (12) and a drive unit (13) that is coupled for preparing biscuit dough, (ii) a supply unit that is designed for supplying the biscuit dough by the kneading unit to a portioning unit, where the portioning unit comprises a biscuit molding template and at least one rotating cutting blade rotating with a rotary plate, where the rotary plate is designed for separating the biscuit dough into biscuit portions and for applying the biscuit portions, based on the rotation, and (iii) a baking unit that is present in the area of the rotating rotary plate, preferably mounted on the rotating rotary plate, and preferably comprises controllable heating elements, which is designed for baking the biscuit portions placed-and rotating on the rotating rotary plate. An independent claim is also included for baking process for baking pastries using the baking device, comprising (a) filling baking materials into the kneading trough, (b) activating the kneading unit for kneading and mixing the materials to form a biscuit dough, (c) portioning the biscuit dough using the portioning unit, where biscuit portions of the biscuit dough are stored on continuously rotating rotary plate, and (d) baking the biscuit portions using the baking unit, in which the biscuit portions are baked during rotating, on the continuously rotating rotary plate.
