PURPOSE: An electric heating device is provided to prevent the bending deformation into a heating block side of a contact protecting unit and improve the solidity of housing openings. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating device comprises a heating block(8) and a contact protecting unit made of insulation materials. The heating block is comprised in a housing having housing openings(10) and comprises one or more heat-generating elements(20) and flat layers covering the heat-generating elements. The contact protecting unit made of insulation materials covers comprises a thick plastic net.
