PURPOSE: A coupling device is provided to effectively deliver power to a driven shaft by a driving shaft because a connection member and a through-hole are closely adhered. CONSTITUTION: A coupling device(100) comprises a driving flange(111), a driven flange(121), and connection members(130). The driving flange is connected with a driving shaft(110) and the driven flange is connected with a driven shaft(120). The driving and driven flanges have first and second through-holes(112,122) inwardly tapered. The connection members are press-fitted into the first and second through-holes to fix the driving and driven flanges, and are outwardly tapered.
