A tractor comprises power lift links 7 and 8 connected by a ball joint, a U -frame 11, 12 fixed to the tractor, a stud 4 pivotable in a bearing 3 about a vertical axis, a slider 13 on the rail 12, an extension 16 of the slider fixed to the stud 4, and a further extension 17 of the slider which co-operates with a trailer coupling pin 19 mounted on a bar 6 pivoted at 5 to the stud. In the Fig. 1 position a pin 15 prevents the slider from moving over the rail 12, and the bar 6 is held against rotation in both the vertical and horizontal planes. If the pin 15 is removed however, then the slider 13 may slide over the rail 12 and the bar 6 may move with it by turning the stud 4. |
