The handle (10) has a coupling part (21) i.e. cup-shaped sleeve, actuated via a handle part (12), and another coupling part (22) i.e. plate-shaped shaft, for adjusting a fastening element (11) e.g. tension band. A closure coupling (20) is arranged between the coupling parts with formation of a bayonet closure. The closure is formed by a movable engagement element (1) engaging in a guide (2) such that the fastening element is adjusted between two points of the guide between an installing position (A) and a loosening position (L) based on movement of the engaging element.
