PURPOSE: A ball joint structure is provided to simplify an assembling process and to reduce an assembling time because a joint member and ball stud are easily joined by a process inserting the ball stud into the joint member. CONSTITUTION: A ball joint structure comprises a ball stud(200) and joint member(300). The joint member comprises an elastic body, a lower housing(500), and an upper housing(600). The elastic body is elastically transformed between a first state having an inner diameter smaller than an outer diameter of a hook-shaped portion of the ball stud and a second state having the inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the hook-shaped portion. The lower housing comprises a penetration hole vertically penetrated and having an inner diameter more than the outer diameter of the hook-shaped portion. A first inner circumference is formed in the penetration hole. The lower part of the first inner circumference has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the elastic body in the first state and the upper part of the first inner circumference has the inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the elastic body in the second state. The upper housing is joined with the lower housing to be detachable.
